It happened with the music featured on The O.C. Now? It’s the fashion on Gossip Girl. For some reason (Aliens? Vitamin boosts?), Josh Schwartz’s hit TV shows inspire some intense trend-spotting. I still have Imogen Heap and Death Cab CDs laying around, but nowadays I’m having a blast spotting shopbop looks on the fictional Upper East Side.
Recently, the GG girls have been all about Foley + Corinna handbags. Check out the fuchsia City Clutch that hung on Jenny’s arm as she planned her first party and learned the truth about her boyfriend in the episode “All About My Brother.”You know you love it.
